I'm curious whether Odwalla's Superfood contributes towards the USDA recommended servings of fruits & vegetables, and if so in what amounts. A friend insists that I lose a lot of nutritional benefits by drinking it in a processed form like Odwalla offers, but aside from a lack of fiber it looks like pretty healthy stuff to me. Would I really be that much better off eating fresh, or am I really able to get a decent compromise between convenience and health by drinking Superfood? |
