does the wife has access to her husband's ira, mututal funds.i am listed as beneficiary, i suspect he is using this money for other things and there won't be anything left when he dies, and he has no life insurance. |

If she really loves and cares for him, I would expect a heart-to-heart discussion of what she suspects with her husband rather than seeking a legal "behind-his-back" tactic to outwit him. Infact posing the question here suggests to me "its all about the money"! |
