What Java based e-commerce solutions are comparable to osCommerce?
I've used PHP in the past but need to consider Java for my client's
technical requirements. The primary features of this solution should
align closely with osCommerce including inventory management,
multilingual, shipping calculation, order tracking, etc.
Recommendations do not have to be open source but should not exceed
$20,000 USD. Ideally it should run on Tomcat; if not factor the cost
of the Java server into the total cost. Being an "industry standard"
is a driving factor in rating. Please provide 3-4 options including
your rational for each. I've already found elastic path's shopping
cart (www.elasticpath.com), use this as another benchmark for what I'm
looking for. If that is your best recommendation explain why it is
better than other Java shopping carts.
