I am a native spanish speaker researcher and here is my translation:
Medias (or Calcetines) tejidas con plata para estimular las
terminaciones nerviosas y los músculos.
La tela con plata brinda una fuerte protección antibacterial y antihongos.
Puede ser lavada tal como las medias (or calcetines) comunes.
The following is a more suitable version for advertising purposes:
"Calcetines tejidos con plata ideales para estimular las terminaciones
nerviosas y los músculos de sus pies.
La tela con agregado de plata brinda una excelente protección
antibacterial y antihongos.
Puede ser lavada tal como los calcetines comunes."
I did my translation assuming that "Silver woven socks" means socks
made with a fabric that has silver fibers on it. I did that due the
well known properties of the silver when is used in this way, see for
"X-Static® is an innovative fiber that has a natural layer of pure
silver permanently bonded to it. Because silver is the worlds most
effective anti-microbial and thermally conductive element, X-Static®
delivers unparalleled anti-odor, thermodynamic, and anti-microbial
properties. X-Static® is safe and natural and will last for the life
of the product. More than 10 years of research and testing stand
behind the unparalleled performance of X-Static®.
X-Static® is not a surface treatment. The silver is irreversibly bound
to a polymer, so it becomes a physical part of the fiber. It is
permanent and performance does not diminish over time.
I guess that the following article will be very useful for you, it
talks about the properties of silver fabrics, its uses on socks and
other stuff, and it also has a green button on the top to see the
spanish version of it:

If I misunderstood the meaning of "Silver woven" and "Silver fabric"
just let me know using the clarification feature adding more info
about the product and I will give you a more proper translation.
