First, it appears that FirstBroker Network (FBN) also known as Firstbroker
Financial has or had a Post Office box for a mailing address.
PO Box 248
Santa Clara, UT 84765
On further research, the above PO Box and a phone number for FBN are also
associated with, among others, a company named Premiere Media.
The Utah Department of Commerce website has a "lookup" tool that helps us.

If you go to the above website and put in either FirstBroker or Premiere
Media, there is the same address associated with both companies. More
checking associates a name with that address, which is the address for
FBN as well.

To go a full circle, yorker-ga on June 11, 2006, connects Richard Wigley
with FBN as well.

Howdy Shoaib,
There is no office building at that address as it is a residential address,
that is, it appears to be the home of Richard Wigley.
That address is that of the headquarter offices of FNB. You know, as in a
home business.
If you will notice, you did not ask for the phone number of the business
in your question, but the one most shown for FNB is: (435) 652-0739

no commercial organization can perform its business without any office
so therefore First Broker Financial LLC organization should also must
have any office and from that office this organization is operating

There are hundreds of thousands, if not millions of businesses that are run
from a home. They are called home businesses. This means the business is
run from a home and it is within that home that the business has an office
or offices. I have provided the address of the offices of FBN for you.
Not every commercial organization has their offices within a commercial
building, such as an office building.
As an example, I run a commercial organization, and it is from my house,
and part of my "office" is in a corner of the dining area, and another part
of my "office" is in a corner of one of the bedrooms.
There are over 30,000 results on a search on books on the topic on Amazon,
as a further example.

To do a full background check on the company in question is beyond the scope
of the original question, especially considering the number of clarification
requests to date.
Keep in mind that no matter how valid a company might appear, they can still
turn bad, such as Enron. I am not saying this is the case in this situation.

Financial LLC organization and its brokers are paid entirely from
"lending side" and if any broker charges any type of fees from
borrower for arranging funding it would be considered illegal or
fraud activity and breach of agreement between First Broker Financial
