I know these questions are very specific, but if anyone can answer these
or provide additional information around the same topic, I would
appreciate it!

1. What is the average dollar amount per Fortune 1000 corporation
expended on SOX compliance on a quarterly basis since February 2005?

2. What is the manpower estimate for corporate employees (as opposed
to external consultants) to administer/execute SOX compliance (same
timeframe).

Hi prpro,

I have the average dollar amount spent for top businesses for 2005 and
might be able to find information for 2006.

I also have the average man-hours extra spent on average for
Sarbanes-Oxley per year.

Would these types of statistics be helpful to you?

Yes, this would be good info. However, I would also like to try to
answer the original questions posed. Any other interesting data
relative to this wouldbe appreciated as well.
