Hello!  I live in Germany and I am buying a lot of small things from
eBay sellers in France.  They often charge me too much for postage
because they simply don't know what the correct postage is.  So I need
a translation in French for the paragraph below:

"I am trying to save money on postage, so please send the package as
economically as possible.  Here is a table with the prices for
shipping small items to Germany.  You can see that it really doesn't
cost much to send something to Germany if you can keep the weight
under two kilograms.  How much do you think it will cost to send your
item?"

Also - when I write "Germany" beneath my address in French, i.e. when
I send my address to the seller, do I write ALLEMAGNE or L'ALLEMAGNE ?

pour l'envoie de petit paquet en Allemagne.  Vous pouvez voir que le
prix est minime pour l'envoie en Allemagne si vous garder le poids
sous les 2 kilos.  Combien pensez-vous que cela coûtera pour envoyer
