I'm running MS Windows XP Pro Ver. 2002 and MS Office Pro Ver. 2003, Serivce Pack 2, Pentium 4CPU 3.20 GHz, 3.19 GHz, 3.57 GB RAM, External HD 3.5" SATA 350 GB, HP Scanjet 7650, Lexmark Optra T614. QUESTION: Can you suggest some backup software that will let me back up (SELECTIVELY after the first time) all my files in "My Documents" PLUS all the files in MS Outlook "Inbox" and "Sent" and various Outlook Folders. I know about the MS Outlook Personal Folders Backup Tool, but I don't like it for various reasons. |

I use a program called super flexible file synchronizer pro. This web page has the FAQ which contains some documentation about outlook file backups: http://www.superflexible.com/docs.htm The program is very flexible, in fact so much that you really have to read the documentation to get it to work exactly like you want it to work. The nicest thing about the program is that it continues to grow and I've made suggestions to the author that eventually got incorporated into the program. |
