You're a pretty prolific GAR. So tell me, of all the questions you've
answered, which is your favorite - and why? And you know why I'm
asking ....... ;-)

My dearest byrd...

My very favorites have been questions on topics which are dear
to my heart. The most memorable of these was one in which
goldmountain-ga allowed me to dissuade him from seeking out a
way to track down the hackers who had infected his computer
and write the answer to a question I had been hoping for some
time to be asked: "How to create bulletproof security on a
home computer". Since I had spent the last 3 years making my
own system invulnerable, I was dying to share this knowledge
with the huge number of people who were being infected on a
daily basis:

Other questions which have allowed me a similar opportunity
to share from my own experience were etherhelix-ga's query
about Subliminal Universal Energy:

...and zulu500-ga's question on Enlightenment:

Of course, questions like this one, by my dearest colleagues
are very high on the list, as well... ; )

Dear Sublime1-ga,

Thank you so much for that wondeful answer! Of course, I knew about
the first one you mentioned, having, as I think you know, gratefully
made use of it myself on more than one occasion! The others I don't
recall reading, and of course, for such a wordsmith as I, it's a
little hard to get my mind around the desirability of a state of being
sans language! ;-) But your very fluency does a better job than you
suppose of articulating it, and so provides some very chewy food for
thought! Thank you for your thoughtful reply, and for accepting this
small token in appreciation for that, and all you do for GARs.

Your colleague and friend,
Byrd
