What is up with Rita Cosby's voice and her breathing?
Her voice is so rough and her breathing labored.

Weird that you would ask this question, as I was wondering the same. I
watched a show on A&E which featured her several times and I was
nearly driven to insanity by her voice. I guess she's just a "husky"
sounding lady.....

I don't get annoyed by Rita Cosby's voice at all. I have wondered if
she had a respiratory problem, such as asthma or reactive airway
disease.
