I'll be living in the major hubs of the following African cities over
the next 6 months:  S. Africa, Benin, Senegal, Kenya, and Zambia.  My
loved one(s) are living in Washington DC annd Boston.  I want to know
what my cheapest options are to verbally (and visually) communicate
with them (not e-mail, letters).  I'm looking for long distance
communication options, Voice Over IP, or something else.  So far I've
looked into Skype, Nettophone.com, and Vonage.  I'm looking for
additional options for verbal communication as well as consumer
reviews of the listed technologies so that I can decide which are the
best.  Again, important variables for me are price, quality of
service, ease of use, as well as a list of tech requirements (e.g.
high speed internet, wi-fi, etc).  Thanks.
