I want to find a low-cost mass manufacturer of a water timer that runs
on batteries. It must have frequency and duration controls, much like
this product:

http://www.mrdrip.com/timerr672c.htm

Ideally, the manufacturer would be willing to:

- "white label" the product so it could be packaged and branded with
another product
- modify the frequency range from min. 30 minutes to max. 3 hours
- modify the duration range from min. 30 seconds to max. 3 minutes
- be able to land an economic order to Australia at a max of $US15 a unit
