How many calories will an average internet user (person) burn
performing the following two activities:

- a single waving motion of the left/right hand?

This would not be aerobic exercise, just gentle upper body motion.

Thanks!

Doing pretty vigorous, whole body, aerobic activity (e.g. x-country
skiing, swimming), you might be able to burn 20 calories a minute or 1
calorie every 3 seconds, obviously a single one of the motions you
mentioned will burn much less than one.
