A long story: it concerns a family member who has been suffering for
just over twenty years from frequency of urination problem. This
problem leads to further problem of getting the amount and quality of
sleep needed. So much efforts have been invested in dealing with these
problems. As a result of the sleep problems, the face and the eyes in
particular would experience tension. All these are accompanied by
headache. But once a nap has taken place, all these problems on the
face, eyes and head will disappear. The problem is that it is not easy
to get the nap.

Could it be that due to the urination problem, the body is
experiencing dehydration. Since one needs sufficient water in the body
in order to get the sleep, the lack of water leads to sleep
deprivation and the related problems.

Please suggest what to be done in order to get the sleep every time
one needs it. (The person has almost given up on both modern and
alternative medicine in dealing witht the original problem of
frequency in urination. That is why there is perhaps no need to dwell
on how that problem should be dealt with.)

Thank you.

Hello Hat1,

Is this person a male or female? How old is the person with the
urinary frequency problem? Is s/he taking any medications? Does s/he
sleep well at night? What has this person tried already? Does this
person have any other disease or illness?

   Thank you, Crabcakes
