I am having internet software for my company written by a coder who is in Belarus. 
I have worked with him for a long time, I need a downloadable document
that I can put in place to protect the Intellectual Property.

For example I will send this document to him he will sign it and that
will prove that the code he writes for me is mine to sell on or that I
own the ittelectual Property of the code.

I would be happy to pay for the document although ideally around the £20 mark.
