For what it's worth (and until an official researcher can weigh in) I might go for:

Opinio Singularis in Fabulam Scholasticam


Which is a very basic, prosaic, unnuanced attempt at translation, but
might be a starting point...

I'm curious: why would you want to title it in Latin if, you,
yourself, aren't fluent in Latin?
