What are the four instructions of the RISC Architecture?

Hello Vecnix,

Alas, according to
  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Berkeley_RISC
even the first RISC processor had 31 instructions (not four). An add
operation generally took four instructions to complete (load, load,
add, store) but I doubt that's the kind of answer you are looking for.
Can you please expand on the concept you are trying to get answered?
