Dear Bo, I'd like to give you five stars and a pat on the head. Unfortunately, the pat on the head isn't possible at this time, but the five stars is a cinch. Here is the question: If you had a cat, what would its name be? |

Awwww, Pink, you are such a sweetheart! Way to make my day. I appreciate this more than I can tell you. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to cats. :( I used to have outside cats when I was a little girl--I remember Frisky and Mittens especially fondly. I used to hold them and pet them until my nose would run like crazy and my eyes would itch and puff up into little slits. If I had a cat, I would DEFINITELY name her Pink. After you. Not that I'd need a reminder of your goodness and warmth, but as a way to honor my friend who loves cats. And that's the truth. Thank you so much, my friend. Warmly, Bo |

'Pink' is a wonderful name! I'd use this name for my next cat, except that it might cause some confusion if the kitty were to come online and read GA. ;-) |

Wow, Pink! Thank you so much for those BEAUTIFUL bright and shiny *FIVE* stars!! And thank you, also, for your generous tip! You've brightened my day in a very nice, non-allergenic way! :P Thank you for your thoughtfulness. Me-ow! :) Your friend, Bo |

I am not that sure of 'Pink' As a kid I was an avid re-reader of The Swiss Family Robinson, and one of the brats maintained that a good name for an animal needed two vowels. Coco sloths to mind. Somehow that has stuck in my memory - it kind of makes sense Pinki or Pinka would cover the gender problems Is there a Slavic extension for a castrated male ? - would it be Pinkex ? |
