By "all legacy" I meant that it has serial and parallel, but also has USB.

TRY Hp Compaq Business Notebook NX 6120 having all the facilities,
serial parrallel, and ata drive and less then $800

A Dell Latitude D510 has all of these ports that you require.

If you can pick up one of those that will do the trick perfectly.
