I just bought a Panasonic PV-GS15 palmcorder. I want to transfer video
to PC from the tape. I have determined you can't record to SD. I have
a radeon 9250 pci card that looks to have a DV connector on it, but I
think that is for output.

Anyways... i need "Keep it simple stupid" instructions on transfering
taped video from this unit to PC ... and a recommendation on the easy
to use software to do this.
