I did a silly thing and messed up my grub configuration on a
keyboardless server, so now it won't boot and I can't get in to make
the change. What I need is a Linux rescue CD that will:

(1) Auto-detect common net drivers (via-rhine)
(2) Auto-config network via dhcp
(3) Start sshd automatically

I've Googled the problem and see lots of configurable rescue CD
packages, but I don't have time to fiddle with one of them. Anyone
know of a bootable CD that can do these things so I can rescue my
server? Thanks!

Try gentoo rescue cd but gentoo rescue cd doesnot start ssh
automatically so best solution would be to somehow add keyboard to
your server.
