2000, in the same address, and was first called "SHUNTSHINE LIMITED"
(and changed its name in 2001).

Again that is such a company registered in the UK since 2002 . Further

The problem? On a Kensington directory it appears as a "Management &
Business Consultants in Kensington" and with a different address.
Another problem? The Harrisson guy was stupid enough to post his email
address all over the Internet, and I also found it at the "phone-lads"
buster forum :

Again, the company is registered in the UK and with that address, since 2002.
It also has a website

The problem? This Arkadin is not "one of the leading electronics
distributors around, we have for sale brand new electronics, in their
brand new boxes, complete accessories and warranties on all our
electronics.
We also selling at wholesale prices, so the prices are very
affordable." - it is a "global provider of integrated audio and data
conferencing services with operating centres in over 16 countries".
Another scam.
Three of the companies listed in the question are definitely scams.
The fourth - Warehouse Holdings - is listed as a company in the UK,
but there is no evidence that it actually exists beyond the name,
which is suspicious (and please note that two of the other three
companies were also registered as a company, but turned out to be an
abuse of those companies' identities - those "real" companies are not
in the same business). In any case, I would like to remind you of the
general precautions when dealing through the Internet: Never send
money through Western Union or similar companies (These are to be used
when one knows the person to whom the money is addressed, for example
a family member); always try to think whether the deal is too good to
be true; contact Chambers of Commerce in cases of doubt.
