I believe your song is DJ Junk's "Going the Distance."

From a B-Boy forum:

"does anyone know the name of song played during kazuhiro v super g
battle in uk bboy champs 2003? It was a mix of the rocky 2 theme...

If it is what i "think" you're talkin' bout, try DJ Junk - Going The distance."

Bboy.org: "What's That Song?" Forum

From the same forum, here is an MP3:

You can also listen to DJ Junk's "Going the Distance" on this MySpace site:

MySpace: BBoy HeavyFoot

The remix is heard in this B-Boy documentary (starting at 2:03):

YouTube: Gambler Documentary

I don't think you can get this on CD, but "Going the Distance" is
available on vinyl:

My Google search strategy:

Google Web Search: "rocky ii OR 2" dance remix
://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%22rocky+ii+OR+2%22+dance+remix

Google Web Search: "dj junk" "going the distance" rocky
://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%22dj+junk%22+%22going+the+distance%22+rocky

I hope this is exactly what you're looking for. If not, or if a link
doesn't work for you, please request clarification; I'll be glad to
offer further assistance before you rate my answer.

Best regards,
