Where is the cheapest while maintaining decent quality to get .5 inch x 4.2
inch  stickers printed with alpha numerical serial numbers that are
non sequential.(Each sticker will have a differnt alpha numerical serial on it)
The serials will be 8 characters long.
These stickers will be used out doors so they have to
be weather proof,  Also they will be stuck to thick vinal plastic. 
1000 stickers will need to be ordered.  The background on the stickers
will need to be white or clear, while the alpha numerical serial will
need to be black.  If there is a standard size that is smaller than .5
x 4.2 inches than that may also work.

Im looking for several differnt bids on asset tag stickers.
The specifications are

Be usuable out doors in the weather (weather-resistant),
white or clear background,
black text
8 characters long
alpha numerical,
non sequential ordering(randomily generated),
I can provide the serials if needed.
.5x 4.2 inches or smaller (perferably .5 x 4.2,
must stick to vinal.
1000 asset tags will be ordered.

Person with the company that I go with will get the reward.
