I need to know the avarage water consumption in Cubic Feet in the US,
per pipe size for the following sizes -

5/8" 
3/4"
1"
1 1/2"
2"
3"
4"
5"
6"
8"
12"

Can you clarify what you mean?

Average water consumption per person in the US is probably an available statistic.

But by pipe size?  Water travels through larger, then increasingly
smaller, pipes until it reaches the consumer.  Are you asking only
about the final pipe size, or about the entire system?

Either way, I rather doubt such statistics exist.

Let us know a bit more about what you need here.

What I am looking for is to know the avarage consumption by pipe size
or if you wish meter size, of the final customer.
This is probably data utilities should have, as they charge customers
for water usage, and they also know the meter size (which relates to
the pipe size) of each customer.
Most residential customers have 5/8" or 3/4" meters, whereas
commercial customer have larger meter / pipe sizes.
