When opening an account with a brokerage company to sell stock with
joint ownership, one a beneficiary, is it necessary to submit both
signatures of the joint stock ownership - in order to open an account
with the brokerage company - e.g. EdwardJones, etc.?  Please cite a
SEC rule or state law.
