While I understand your second question, it has been already answered
above (http://jambajuice.com/where/index.html). After all, Jamba Juice
is a trademark, and you cannot get it in other locations, maybe
immitations.
The same might go regarding the recipe. The nutritional facts are available here:
http://www.jambajuice.com/menuguide/fiber.html
Here are the ingredients as reported by Jamba in an article:
"The boost is a combination of psyllium, oat and wheat fiber, pectin,
FOS and acidophilus that helps to promote good digestion and a healthy
immune system." (SOURCE: Market Wire, "Jamba Juice Fruit Smoothies and
Fiber Boost Help Deliver Newly Established Recommended Dietary
Allowances for Fiber",
<http://www.findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_pwwi/is_200301/ai_mark09050427>).
My opinion? If you really want to know how to "boost" your diet, the
best way would not be to try to immitate something that might or might
not be healthy; but to go to a nutritionist (or, if you can't afford
it, a health-food store you can trust, a library with good health-food
reference books) and build your own fiber-rich diet.
