1. What is the market demand for c++ developers?
2. Comparison of the market demand for c++ engineers in USA vs India
and possibly rest of the world?

C++ is used for core/system level programming.
You will find more product based companies in USA than in INDIA.
In India most of companies are service based so I can say in USA c++
demand are higher than in INDIA.
you can find it on google about statistics of c++ developers in US and India.
