Are the major US cell-phone service providers developing any services
right now to allow C2C mobile payments?  If not, why not?  If so, why
are they not available to consumers yet?  Are they waiting on the
PayPal US Bank lawsuit?  Additionally, why are companies like Paybox
not operating in the US yet?
