telecommunication infrastructure for copper and fiber networks?
2.  Please provide answer by account (ex. AT&T) by copper and fiber.

You might want to re-word your question....

There are small companies that wire up PBXs in offices, there are
companies that lay fiber, there are tons of one off contractors....

There are probably a million different companies (random guess) in the
world that have at least one telecomunications technicians... figuring
out how many employees each has and then trying to seperate them would
be impossible...
