I'd like to purchase DVD/CD cases that look like those found on
http://www.imediapro.com/ (Go to the website to check out their
look/feel).

I'm first looking for the plastic cases and second looking for inserts
that I can color print for the cover/back.

Ideally, I'd like to buy 50 or 100 "blanks" at a time, color laser
print the covers, insert the covers into the plastic case and then
burn the DVDs.

IMedia has a great looking product but I'd prefer to do this myself
and in quantities that make sense based on my predicted needs (and not
have to buy 500 at a time).
