I am looking for recommendations of a specific person or Public

? a master at developing a strategy (someone who can pull the
necessary ingredients from me, and then go to work)
? a reliable professional who will deliver results for the fees they receive
? a specialist ? preferably someone who has experience publicizing
news about (reputable) financial/investment companies ? specifically
for Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), or Limited Partnerships ?
to the media would be excellent).
? a talented leader in their field.
? current ? someone who is still working in this field full-time and
has relationships with the current decision-makers at important
publications and news outlets.
? a reputable person respected for their integrity
? a person or firm who specializes in generating business publicity,
and is not primarily an "advertising" agency. We are looking for
someone experienced in accessing the press/media directly.

Background information about League

Here's what you need to know about my company:

We are called League Assets Corp. http://www.league.ca

We are a private real estate investment group with over 160
member-partners across Canada.

All our member partners share proportionate ownership in LARGE,
aggressively-managed, commercial and residential income properties
offering:
	- Growth of Capital
	- Stable Monthly Income
	- Unique tax-saving benefits
and all this with NO liability for debt.

Our investment returns are targeted to exceed 15% R.O.I. (Return on
Investment) with a cash-on-cash portion starting at 10.25% per annum
(paid monthly).

Our investments are extremely tax efficient ? 100% tax-free in the
first year, with an average of 90% tax-free in the first 5 years.

In the past 18 months we have acquired (on behalf of our
member-partners) 10 (soon to be 12) properties with purchase prices
totaling in excess of $50 million dollars (CDN).

We are in the process of converting our partnership to a full-fledged
Real Estate Investment Trust (R.E.I.T) ? (This is a big deal, and it
means that we will be able to accept foreign investors from any
country).

We are also gearing up to become the world's first "Inter-Generational
Wealth Institution" ? our purpose is to assist our member-partners in
the build-up, maintenance, and transfer of their wealth across
generations of their families.

We operate our investments with our member-partners by the philosophy
of "Positive Inter-Dependence" ? in other words, what I do that is
good for me, is also good for you, and vice versa.

We operate by a philosophical set of principles we call "Our Credo"
(available at http://www.league.ca/credo.html )

We have NO SALESPEOPLE! We educate prospective new members by giving
them a copy of "The Blue Book of Real Estate Syndication" ?available
at
http://www.league.ca/bluebook.pdf (It's a light and interesting
read! You should be able to read it cover to cover in less than 30
minutes.)

Our investment protocols are written in plain English, and easy to
understand. ? Our most recent Investment Summary is available here:

Warm regards (and thanks in advance for your help in tracking this

Hi Emanuel,

I don't know if they are "DEMONSTRABLY the best, most reputable,
reliable, an experienced publicist" for your company but if you are
interested in something a bit different, there's Smak (they have
offices in Vancouver and Toronto).

What do you think? If you like it please let me know so I can post it as an answer.

Clarification of Question by mannyrules-ga on 29 Sep 2006 15:13 PDT
I have been asked to clarify, so here goes...

I need someone who can get stories written about us in respectable
newspapers, the financial press, magazines, TV programs etc..

What I am not interested in is gimmicky guerrilla marketing programs.
Our company is more like Winston Churchill meets Bruce Wayne. (If that
means anything to anyone but me).

So, I'm looking for a dyed-in-the-wool professional with experience
and contacts in the financial/news media.

Hi!

I was able to find only 2 companies with Canadian operations, that has
obvious experience with REITs. I also found four more PR firms but
they operate in the US only.

Plus, I also have a list of financial PR firms that could help you as
well but more of US companies having Canadian operation capabilities.

Will these be good for you?

Thanks.
