Microsoft Word: Want to print the Legal Blackline result from the
Compare and Merge Documents tool. The screen shows Legal Blackline,
with deleted words striken through. But when I print the document,
deleted text is shown in bubbles to the right of the text. How to
make the document print as shown on the screen? Thank you!

Howdy tiger135-ga,

Please try the following and see if it does the trick for you.

Go to "Tools" then "Options" then "Track Changes" and then uncheck the box
marked "Use balloons in Print and Web Layout."

If that works for you please tell me so I can then post it as the answer.

Thanks! denco-ga - Google Answers Reseacher
