I want to send a special bottle of Champagne to a friend in Japan. The Post
Office refuses to send it because it's liquid. FedEx refuses to send
it because it's alcohol. How do I send it?

Which state are you in? UPS might be the answer, but whether they
accept deliveries of alcohol varies from state to state.

DHL may also be able to do it:

Greetings! It seems you have already purchased the bottle to send
yourself, but if you would like to keep it and perhaps purchase one
that can be shipped to Japan, see the web site SendLiquor.com at
