LOL SURE KEMLO, whoops, sorry!

1) Unplug the keyboard for 15-20 seconds then plug it back in and
restart. Maybe the driver will reload.

CAVEAT: Be sure to change any Windows login/password that you use to
UPPERCASE or you might be S.O.L. upon a restart. Be sure you don't
need the shift key to login.

2) Check to be sure nothing is stuck under the Caps Lock key
preventing it from depressing.

Let me know if this helps.

Try using SHIFT, what happens? Can you get lower case using SHIFT as the Caps Lock?

Hi Kemlo!

Thanks for accepting my suggestions as your official answer! Here ya go...

1) Remove all chewing gum or other small items (paperclips, sunflower
seed shells, etc) --that may have found a way under the Caps Lock key
and is preventing it from depressing.

2) Take a moment to comfort and console your Caps Lock key, it's
feelings might be hurt from all the effort (and cussing) you have
expended on it.

3) Unplug the keyboard for 15-20 seconds then plug it back in --and
restart. Maybe the driver will reload.

CAVEAT: Be sure to change any Windows login/password that you use to
UPPERCASE or you might be S.O.L. upon a restart.

4) Sit back and have a nice cup-o-tea, it's a beautiful day, in Seattle! :

Thanks for the help. The spell checker only works on multi-case.

The web-cams as well. The roads look so busy and on the wrong side as
well, that must be very difficult.

This is what happens when you buy very poor kit, probably a Mac-Is-Tosh I suspect.

I recommend that you dump the lot.
