I am trying to learn information about how the Takoma Park dc area
began as a town.  I am trying to find out more about who Samuel Sprigg
Carroll was and his family.  I would be interested to know whatever
their might be available to know.  What kind of historical landmarks
or structures are still standing from the beginning of the town.  What
else is there for me to know about takoma park.  I have put in, an
e-mail to the historical society but as of yet I haven't gotten a
response from them.  Any help and information you could provide me
would be very helpful.
