Hi! Thanks for the very important question.

You can log your complaints at the Federal Motor Carrier Safety
Administration which was established within the Department of
Transportation on January 1, 2000, pursuant to the Motor Carrier
Safety Improvement Act of 1999 [Public Law No. 106-159, 113 Stat. 1748
(December 9, 1999)].

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration is the truck and bus
"safety agency.”

Its website says that the hotline to contact for any reporting on
dangerous safety violations involving a commercial truck or bus is at
1-888-DOT-SAFT (1-888-368-7238).

while your answer was very helpful and put me in the right direction,
I still had to make 2 phone calls to get to the proper department that
assisted me with lodging my complaint.
