Does anyone know of any good flash and htm (both) website templates
that can be used to set up a university?

I have tried the usual ones like 'Monster Templates' and all it's
derivatives that have about 15 'Education' websites but none seem to
be appropriate.

I am looking for one that can be used to set up a University in Europe
and therefore it needs to be both professional and colourful but
without images that would be seen as typically American or
non-university orientated.

Any ideas would be very much appreciated.

This doesn't strike me as the kind of question that can be well
answered in the five or ten minutes that would normally be devoted to
a $2 question. If this is important to you, you are likely to get
better results by increasing the price.
