Am I right in saying that William Joyce was the last man to have been
tried AND executed for High Treason in England? He went to the
scaffold on 3 January 1946.

(Norman Baillie-Stewart was tried later but pleaded guilty to a lesser
charge resulting in a 5-year sentence.)

Yes, you are definitely right: According to all references I found,
William Joyce alias Lord Haw-Haw was the last person in England and in
the entire United Kingdom as well who was found guilty of High
Treason, sentenced to death and executed.

I have chosen some of the numerous sources confirming this:

"He (William Joyce) was the last man executed in Britain for High
