I took a Iq test and I figured out this equation( "An alligator has a
head 6 inches long. The tail is equal to twice the size of the head
plus one half of the size of the body. The body is the size of the
head plus the tail"

answer is (72) but i forget how to write the equation.I'd like someone

Let's call Head=H, Tail=T, and Body=B

Head = 6"
Tail = (2 x H) + (0.5 x B)
Body = H + T

Therefore, 
Tail = 12 + 0.5B
Body or B = 6 + 12 + 0.5B
B - 0.5B = 6 + 12
0.5B = 18
B = 18 x 2
B = 36

Head = 6"
Tail = 12 + 18 = 30"
Body = 36"

The alligator is 6" + 30" + 36" = 72"
