Dear certified41, The brewery is Bear Republic Brewing Co. in Healdsburg, California. The solution of the riddle: Bear Republic make a beer known as "Oso De Oro". That is Spanish, and it means "Golden Bear". The "tawny" in the riddle stands for "golden". "Au naturel" is French and means "bare" ... a game with words, since a "bear" sounds exactly the same. And a bear is an omnivore - no full nudity of naughty bits involved here. Spanish is the language spoken south of the border, so a "golden bear" would be "oso de oro" there. So that's the answer. Thank you very much to my fellow researcher Pinkfreud-ga for wonderful support in decoding the clues.
