The question refers to HIV-infection (HIV+) without regard to whether
the person is experiencing symptoms or not.  "Ethnic groups" may be
based on race, nationality, or other factors.  "...the most
infections" means I am looking for groups who make up the bulk of
infections.  The answer may be based on a statistical forecast or
calculation rather than actual known/diagnosed cases.
