I want to automatically update a table in a mySQL database. The
original table is generated by importing the spreadsheet generated at
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/hp?s=%5EGSPC . Each day, this site is
updated with new information. I want to automatically update my table
everyday with the new information (date, price, volume, etc). I want
the code that performs the updating be to be written in Java. Assume
that the DSN for the database is titled "modeldbMySQL" and that the
table is named "SnP500Prices". I will deploy the automatic update
program on Apache Tomcat.
