Question ID: 770294
I have an internet connection which I am paying for with another of my
flatmate, the other six flatmates refuse to pay because they say that
they don't need it. However they keep on asking to use the net on my
expense, they tell me excuses such as "I just want to check my email,
that's all". The question I want to know is how do i set up a wifi
distribution system whereby if one of my flatmate wants to use the
net, he has to pay 10 cents for the pleasure and has only access for a
given amount of time.
This system would be based around the following:
1- a user being given access for a definite period of time. after that
time has elapsed then he would be kicked off.
2- a way of making a payment, preferably via paypal.
3- a way of making the whole system automatic.

Anybody has any ideas?

D

Hi!

How much is your budget for this kind of project. Would $300 to $500
still be ok with you?

Thanks.

$500 would be fine. I have lots of experience with networking, know
HTML and a little PHP.

It can do everything you wish. You can set up any pricing plan you would like.

Let me know if this works for you. If it does, I'll post it as the official answer.
