I am looking for statistics concerning the size of the market for holiday rental accomodation in Costa Rica - that is apartments, villas, condos, houses, NOT hotels. I am interested in stats such as: How many tourists to costa rica each year choose to rent an apartment/house/villa as their choice of accomodation? How much accomodation of this type is available in Costa Rica? How quickly is the supply (accomodation) and demand (tourists) in this market growing? Any other associated statistics |

A good source of information may be rental companies in Costa Rica, such as http://www.palmmgt.com which rents houses on Costa Rica's Pacific. |
