Where can I find an estimation of the percentage of population growth in Japan that is due to unintended pregancies? Where can I find information pertaining to the rate of adoption of "the pill" introduced in Japan in 1999. | |

I would think "intention" or the lack thereof would be very hard to prove in Japan. |

I agree with wad. In Japan or anywhere else, there are too many reasons to lie about weather a pregnacy was intended, unintended or something in between. My guess is the pill rarely fails, humans miss a day now and then, and one missed day can lead to a pregnancy. I'll guess 20% of the pregnancies in the USA last year were unintended by the female sex partner. 60% by the male sex partner. Is there any reason we would expect Japan to be different? Neil |
