I want a list of 2-3 of the best blog services.  The following are my priorities.

1. Ease of use (uploading pics, video, songs)
2. Low monthly cost (no more than $10-15/month)
3. Ability to post video files and music files (.wmv film)
4. Ability to provide some guests with wider blog access ("insider status")
5. ???Are there any other requirements I should be looking for???
