Thank you for your interesting question. This is tough to work on, as
there are numerous different measures for the top ISPs, including
dialup providers vs. broadband. The Netherlands has a huge rate of
broadband service available, but many people still choose to use
dialup. The top ISPs are mostly benefiting from their dialup services.
I have provided additional information on their market share for
