I need insurance and companies don't seem eager to offer it, based on the level

Howdy chris2002micrometer-ga,

As the first requirement is that the insurance company "must have successfully
underwritten similar contracts with Pinellas County, Florida," one would think
it logical to contact Pinellas County and see what companies have underwitten
similar contracts.

Have you contacted Pinellas County and requested this information? Thanks!

That is one of the 1st things I tried. They are in a delicate position
of not being allowed to favor, or sell, 3rd party goods. I managed to
pry out a few big underwriter names that led to these web sites:

http://www.marsh.com/MarshPortal/PortalMain 888-591-1954 (press 4 for
new business sales) ->proliability.com
https://www.proliability.com/accountant_cpa/index.html

http://www.accordinsurance.com/inside/qanda.cfm ->frontpage error
http://www.aon.com/

Emails, online forms, and phone voicemail messages to local agents
have simply wasted my time and taxed my patience. It seems like I am
selling them something that they don't want to hear about. I am the
buyer here. Why don't I get a little respect?
