-I am looking for caricaturists that can outsource a business I am
about to start. This should be a list of at least 20 individuals and
not art companies that do face caricatures.

-I will not able to afford paying "well known" (stars) caricaturists
so they should not be on the list either.

-In order of importance, the caricaturists should know english and be
from some of these countries:
1)India
2)China
3)Jamaica
4)Indonesia
5)Thailand
6)Eastern Europe

-But they should not be from any other countires such as the United States.

-Finally, they should have a website with examples of their work and a
contact information.
